All orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days from the date of purchase. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may slightly vary. Rest assured, we work diligently to prepare your order as quickly as possible. Orders are processed the same day if it is booked before 12 p.m. Orders will be processed next day if it is booked after 12 p.m.
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped to your designated address. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do NOT ship orders on the same day.
Please note that this is an estimate and actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as customs processing, holidays, or unexpected delays. You will receive an email confirmation with your order's tracking link once it has been fulfilled. We are not responsible for any delays that are caused by carriers.

If your package is returned to us due to delivery failure, we will get in touch with you to coordinate a replacement shipment. Please be aware that there might be a fee associated with the replacement, and we will discuss this with you before proceeding with the new shipment.
